Seara’s China Mission: StrengtheningPartnerships and Enhancing ProductQuality

From August 24th to August 30th, Seara’s plant managers from Brazil, including
Daniel De Ávila and Marcelo Siegmann, embarked on a mission to China.
Their visit aimed to collaborate with the local team and key clients, focusing on
improving product quality and exploring strategies to enhance market pricing for
Seara products.
The journey began at the JBS Shanghai office, where the China team provided
an in-depth market overview and outlined key topics for discussion. A highlight
of the trip included a demonstration by a Chinese chef, who showcased popular
products in the local market and provided valuable feedback on areas for product
improvement.
Throughout the mission, the team visited key markets and held client meetings in
Suzhou, Chongqing, and Shandong, exchanging rich insights and experiences. They
left China with a strong commitment to fulfilling the mission in collaboration with
local partners and clients, ensuring continued success in this crucial market.
