Performance Evaluation is the TIME TO LOOK AT HOW WE ARE ACTING AND DOING things that happen in our daily lives and ask ourselves: Are we aligned with our Values, our way of being and doing? Evaluation 360° The objective is to assess how employees made their deliveries during the year, analyzing aspects such as professional attitude, interpersonal relationships and the main thing: adherence to the JBS Values.
Remember the important deadlines for eligible grades:

Crossgroup requests: 16th SEP to 20th SEP
• Crossgroup approval by Leader: 16th SEP to 27th SEP
• Evaluation period: 30th SEP to 01st NOV
• Feedback: 04th NOV to 05th DEC
